Kolby was the sales manager I talked to through the whole process. He was very informative on the whole inventory and was very patient with my needs. Perfect! Is the word that comes to mind. My experience today, trading in and purchasing a motorcycle. All together I visited this store 2 times in a matter of a couple days, each time I was greeted and helped in a very timely manner. Zane was an excellent sales person who helped me through the entire experience and then D.J. was very thorough with the paper work and any questions I had with the finalization of the sale. Also thanks to Moose and the people in parts finding and ordering the front Fairings was easy and done within 15 minutes. I felt the whole team was friendly and willing to help. Thank you all!

Two days ago I had the fortunate experience of buying a 2009 Honda Shadow 750 from Mountain Motorsports. The first thing that struck me about this dealership was the real sense of being helped in a way that felt like I was family (the good kind, that cares about you, that is). This was the first motorcycle I had ever purchased, and I'm not ashamed to say that I am a novice when it comes to two-wheeled vehicles. Without a doubt, Melanie, the sales person who worked with me, was the reason I both decided to and was able to get the purchase done on my day off. From start to finish it was her very friendly, relaxed and patient ability to understand my needs and concerns that made the experience worth commending. Working with the me, and coordinating with the sales managers, she helped facilitate a multi-step process of bike selection, financing, and prep to ensure I had everything go smoothly and efficiently so I was able to leave that afternoon with my Shadow 750. This bike is my transportation to work going forward, as my wife and I were sharing one car...needless to say, the deal had to get done before the business day ended so I could begin commuting to work the next morning. The day might have been a very trying day with all that was necessary to get financed, titled, insured, etc., etc., but because of her very thorough, attentive, and positive attitude and her strong work ethic it all came together as smoothly as one could have only wished for. With the support of the sales management team, including Tre and Sean, Melanie has earned my trust and greatest appreciation for her efforts and professionalism during the process. I look forward to using Mountain for ongoing service needs, and will be directing any, and all, looking to buy a motorcycle to Melanie and staff found at Mountain. This dealership has earned a very satisfied customer through the superior customer service provided, and I'm just loving my new ride!!

Recently bought a use Ducati from Mountain Motorsports with initially very little history provided with 749S Ducati trade in. Trey (manager) went above and beyond in my opinion to provide me with factual information and was very professional, patient and provided a level of excellence not seen very much today, so thank you! The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous, eager to engage with any question or concern from all departments! Now the real kicker, First time out on the 9S and what looked like a major problem, was some-what put to rest with a phone call to Trey and TJ in service, no one knew for sure but these 2 guys made getting to the bottom of the problem a priority! The Ducati certified mechanic, sorry don't remember his name, was the critical component to this teams success with getting me in and out! Thank you! I was able to ride that afternoon due to your teams professionalism! Things don't always go this way at a busy dealership, but today at this dealership they did and that's what counts and I feel very good about any future issues that may arise, simply they care, good enough for me! I followed Josh Trainer from the MMS Marietta shop to the Roswell shop because he's a straight-shooter and always made sure my bike was returned on-schedule.Was VERY pleased with the 24,000-mile service on my 2015 Yamaha FJR, and VERY pleased that Brian Cruz (my service tech) looked the entire bike over before giving it back.How do I know? He replaced missing push rivets in my fairing and installed matching hardware on my GPS mount because I'd used odds-and-ends bolts.Thanks guys! You're the best!

Rich & Anthony did an OUTSTANDING job installing my Sena Bluetooth communicator set into my new Bell helmet. It was troublesome as the fit was not custom designed, but they showed great patience and perseverance and made it fit! Thanks guys!

I was simply picking up my son who was trying to solve an issue with his bike. He thought he would be dropping off his motorcycle. As an outside observer, I was completely impressed by the customer service and way they all were trying to help him solve his issue. From the service desk who printed him a picture of the part they were trying locate, to the part manager was trying to figure out how to save him money by buying just the part he needed vs. an entire kit, to the service technician who gave him a temporary solution to use until the proper solution could be provided - its was really remarkable. I work in the service industry myself and really want to congratulate this team of employees for their clear commitment and attitude for helping others; you should all be very proud of the culture you have developed in this store.

Many dealerships will treat you well when they know you want something expensive, but the true test is how they treat you when you need a small, inexpensive part. I just needed an oil filter, but the part number had changed and Marvin wasn't sure if the one they had was correct for my bike. He called the Kawasaki distributor and verified that it was correct.Thanks Marvin for going out of your way to give me excellent customer service.

My fiance and I were waiting for our car to get serviced and ended up in the new Roswell location and were only killing time. We ran into a woman named Marla and she was great! We started off the typical conversation of we are just looking. She had no problem just chatting with us. Ended up with a ton in common motorcycles, boats, and even pets :-) Next thing I know we are looking at a new item that was a one of a kind Ducati Diavel. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that all our questions were answered. She offered for my fiance to test drive it. Because of her excellent customer service and great personality we post-pone our afternoon plans of going out of town to take the time to purchase this bike. My other half is thrilled and the superb service is still continuing with checks on how we are doing and making sure that we are still happy. We will be definitely be coming back for future purchases and for of course Miss Marla!
